5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only within 5 days of delivery.

Used, opened, or damaged items will not be accepted for return or refund.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory at the time of opening the parcel in case of any return/refund claim.

Refunds or replacements will not be processed without proper video proof.

No return/refund will be accepted for shade mismatch. Please consult us before ordering if you are unsure.
