Returns are accepted only within 5 days of delivery.

Used, opened, or tampered products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged items must be reported immediately with proper proof; otherwise, they will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds or exchanges for shade mismatch are not offered. Please make sure to select the correct shade before placing your order.

Important:

In case of a return request, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the condition of the product at the time of opening the parcel. This video is mandatory for processing any return, refund, or replacement. Without this video, we will not be able to accept or process the return.
